Job Description
Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will lead the social media strategy for Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa, supporting the marketing team across key initiatives. This role focuses on driving awareness and audience engagement through strategic, creative storytelling across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Omni customer and leverage audience insights and performance metrics to optimize content and support key business objectives. Core responsibilities include overseeing non‑branded photo and video content production, setting creative standards and managing influencer partnership and execution, as well as driving the resort’s organic social media efforts. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will support the resort’s integrated strategy through our earned, owned and paid media along with brand strategies and experiences.
Responsibilities
Ability to develop, plan and execute brand and resort’s storytelling through creative concepts.
Evaluate social media and promotional opportunities along with influencer partnerships presented to the hotel that aligns with our audience and voice.
Ensure social media content calendar and monthly marketing calendars are kept up-to-date and implement day‑to‑day social media content across all social channels to increase the audience (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Monitoring and respond review responses (TripAdvisor, Yelp, Expedia, Hotels, Google, etc.).
Manage, organize, and inventory all marketing assets including photos, videos, press packets.
Assist with monthly invoices to ensure prompt and accurate payment to vendors.
Assist in coordinating all vendors including, but not limited to photographers, graphic designers, videographers, media, and website development agencies.
Coordinate hotel’s biweekly marketing meetings with key stakeholders (Spa Director, F&B Director, Culinary etc).
Coordinate with Omni Service Center Brand Marketing, Digital and PR teams through seasonal campaign along with Food and Beverage new concepts and initiatives.
Maintain current information on OH.com (property details, dining menus, meeting details, etc.)
Update CVENT with the most accurate & up-to-date information (need dates, meeting offer, photos, etc.).
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience in marketing within the hospitality industry
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Project management experience and effective time management skills
Familiarity with various marketing platforms and channels, including social media, print campaigns, digital marketing and promotions
Experience working collaboratively across departments to achieve marketing
