Sales Account ManagerLocation: Franklin, TN (On-site or Hybrid)Overview:Logo Brands is seeking a driven and team-oriented Sales Account Manager to support our growing sales organization. You want a job where you're trusted to take ownership and grow.Key Responsibilities:Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date so orders can ship in full and on timeCommunicate directly with buyers on the status of their orders, providing updates and resolving any issues as neededAssist customers and buyers with planning and writing their purchase orders based on inventory, lead times, and program goalsSupport assigned Sales Leads with daily sales tasks, account maintenance, and communicationPrepare and organize sales materials, product information, and pricing sheetsCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfactionAnalyze customer data to identify trends, suggest improvements, or surface sales opportunitiesAssist in preparing for line reviews, trade shows, and key customer presentationsCollaborate with product development, licensing, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with sales goalsMaintain accurate customer records and reporting in CRM systemsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience1–2 years in a sales support, account management, or customer-facing role (internships included)Excellent communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at onceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and WordFamiliarity with SAP and/or HubSpot is a plusA team-player mindset with a strong work ethic and initiativeTools You’ll Use Regularly:Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting)SAP for order management and customer dataHubSpot for communication and trackingOutlook for daily communication and schedulingSharePoint and Microsoft Teams for collaborationCore Values Fit:We’re looking for someone who embodies our core values:Honorable – treats teammates and customers with integrityImproving – always seeking growth and learningTeam-Player – selfless, honest, and accountableCompetitive – has a desire to win and excelOptimistic – brings positive energy to challengesNimble – embraces change with urgency and flexibilityGritty – solves problems with determination and follow-throughGrowth Opportunity:Many of our Sales Account Managers have gone on to become National Account Managers, Sales Leads, or cross-functional leaders at Logo Brands.
