Responsibilities
Affiliate Management

Oversee and Expand Affiliate Relationships: Identify and onboard new partners, nurture existing ones, and collaborate to boost sales.

Communication: Create and distribute a monthly affiliate newsletter to keep partners informed.

Community Engagement

Representation: Attend chamber meetings, tourism conferences, and community events as an ambassador.

Initiatives: Organize sponsorships, giveaways, and local events to enhance visibility.

Sales and Customer Service

Phone Sales Management: Monitor activities, provide feedback, handle outbound calls, and manage after‑hours communications.

Customer Escalations: Address and resolve concerns professionally and with solutions.

Product Knowledge and Content Management

Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services.

Information Updates: Regularly update FAQs.

Online Presence: Manage listings on Google My Business, Apple Maps, and OTAs.

Operational Coordination

Resource Management: Handle shared resources efficiently.

Sales and Promotions: Implement and execute campaigns.

Booking Management: Oversee corporate, affiliate, and influencer bookings.

Qualifications

Experience: Preferred experience in sales, customer service, or affiliate management.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in CRM systems; excellent organization and multitasking.

Knowledge: Familiarity with adventure tourism; understanding of digital marketing and social media.

Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
