Sirius Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing residential door-to-door sales team for a growing telecommunications organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven field sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and developing sales talent, and is passionate about driving customer growth and team success.

Position Overview
The District Sales Manager will oversee a team of residential door-to-door sales representatives responsible for promoting and selling internet, phone, and related telecommunications services. This leadership role focuses on customer acquisition, sales performance, field coaching, recruiting, and team development. The ideal candidate has prior experience leading direct sales or door-to-door sales teams and understands the fast-paced nature of residential field sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a residential direct sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals

Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales requirements within the department

Conduct regular field coaching and ride‑alongs with sales representatives

Lead regular meetings (one‑to‑one) with team members to discuss current performance against goals and provide direction on how to improve results

Assist staff with answering questions and handling escalated calls

Recruit, hire, and develop top‑performing sales talent

Monitor sales performance metrics/KPI’s, conduct sales audits, provide ongoing feedback, and execute coaching and counseling as necessary

Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies to ensure the sales team's success across

Participate in client interactions to ensure cross‑training, customer satisfaction, and management involvement regularly

Facilitate training on products, services, sales techniques, and company procedures

Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information within CRM system

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience

Stay informed on telecommunications industry trends, products, and competitive offerings

Participate in local networking and community engagement opportunities to increase market awareness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and training

3–5 years of experience leading successful direct sales or door-to-door sales teams

Telecommunications, fiber internet, cable, or related industry experience preferred

Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience using CRM platforms

Ability to travel within assigned territories as needed

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
