Success is measured by performance metrics, competitive analysis, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Job Responsibilities
With the acquisition content & web team, ideate, strategize and implement content creation based on business needs, content objectives, industry trends and keyword research.
Implement and lead organic search improvements on the blog to increase traffic and engagement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement keyword research, content strategy, and on‑page SEO tactics.
Analyze search behavior trends and dig into data to find opportunities for SEO optimization.
Develop and maintain reporting and data visualizations to support business decisions and performance tracking.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Business, Marketing or related field (Preferred)
2-4 years SEO and analytics experience (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Marketing: Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition and retention principles (Required)
Project Management: Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition and retention principles (Required)
Data Analysis: Data‑driven, analytical, test‑and‑learn attitude (Required)
Analytical Review: Strong analytical skills to measure, lead, analyze, and report on KPIs (Required)
Google Analytics: Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar (Required)
Adobe Experience: Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar (Required)
SEO: Intermediate knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, STAT, Botify, etc.) (Required)
Digital Media: Foundational knowledge of paid media a plus (Required)
