Job Summary
Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, delivering ads to linear and digital audiences and pioneering the tech that makes it possible. The Order Entry Coordinator supports a high‑volume advertising sales team by ensuring the accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and management of advertising orders across internal systems and partnering with various teams.

Core Responsibilities

Accurately enter and manage advertising sales orders, revisions, cancellations, and make‑goods within the designated Salesforce CRM system.

Review order submissions for completeness, accuracy, pricing, inventory availability, and compliance with internal policies.

Partner closely with Sales and Sales Partners for all aspects of client campaigns.

Ensure all client campaign details, flight dates, rates, targeting requirements, creative specifications and billing information are correctly reflected in the system.

Process changes to existing campaigns—including budget updates, date extensions, product adjustments and audience modifications—with the appropriate partner teams while keeping Sales informed.

Communicate directly with clients regarding campaign details, order confirmations, changes and status updates, ensuring clarity, accuracy and a high level of customer service throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Communicate proactively with sales teams regarding order status, issues and required follow‑up actions.

Support campaign launch readiness by coordinating with media planning, campaign management, ad operations and fulfillment teams.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality across the sales process.

Maintain data integrity across CRM and order management systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms and revenue recognition requirements.

Input and audit to ensure timely tracking of sports, high‑profile events and packages for sales in special event tracker and/or relevant market trackers.

Perform quality control on inventory for orders and communicate any needed changes or revisions based on results and expectations.

Download and transfer electronic order files in accordance with current guidelines and client expectations.

Review and evaluate all streaming orders for clearance using available reporting and systems, communicating issues discovered to management and/or appropriate leadership.

Enter notes on order lines in the TV order management system and provide appropriate notifications to sales, support and NCC through established SOPs.

Enter complex streaming orders into the digital order management system and related systems, ensuring all quality control measures are followed and accurate copy is confirmed.

Act as subject‑matter expert and participate in testing of digital order management systems and related systems as necessary.

Submit new client set‑up requests in CRM.

Assist in the processing of all advanced media orders, including Digital Ad Insertion (DAI), Video‑on‑Demand (VOD) and interactive TV (iTV).

Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules and overtime as necessary.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience supporting sales teams or organizations.

Hands‑on experience with sales tools.

Experience working with and supporting a Salesforce CRM.

Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management and sales process optimization.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present business decisions for improvement.

Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Experience with agile methodology.

Strategic and critical‑thinking skills.

Lead qualification familiarity.

Data‑management skills for configuring insights to make data‑driven decisions.

Microsoft Office suite proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
Primary Location Pay Range: $21.32 – $31.98 per hour.

Education
High School Diploma or GED required.

Relevant Work Experience
2–5 years of related experience.
