Local Creation is Nike’s local creation engine – designed to deliver product with speed, relevance, and cultural authenticity. Business Integration enables Local Creation to operate as a connected system by aligning strategy, people, processes, and tools across engines, brands, and geographies.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful activator to drive central Local Creation Integration workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex, cross-functional work, brings structure to ambiguity, and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.

A Local Creation Integration Lead candidate should be able to:

Lead with a future forward, operational mentality

Think strategically and deliver tactically

Exhibit product creation process experience as well as the ability to lead and execute projects across multiple functions

Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills

Lead work independently while also supporting broader strategic priorities in partnership with others

Possess strong communication skills, including listening skills and the ability to facilitate conversations, build trust, gain alignment, and drive decisions across a variety of teams, at all levels of the organization

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this central role, you will help shape and run how Local Creation operates day to day, while also supporting how it evolves for the future. You will help define, implement, and improve processes, tools, and way of working, supporting Local Creation initiatives in partnership with Global, Geo, and Functional teams to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, cross‑functional efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Enable Business Integration:

Translate strategy into clear operating plans, workflows, and execution support

Partner closely with Product Management, Design, Development, Merchandising, and other Integration teammates

Ensure progress, risks, and next steps are visible and understood

Build clear status updates, decks, and materials

Lead Seasonal Workstreams:

Own and manage end to end operational execution for assigned seasonal initiatives

Outline and coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies across functions

Facilitate alignment, resolve issues, and keep work moving forward

Improve Ways of Working:

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, transform, or improve product creation processes and tools

Support adoption through documentation, training, and communication

Build and implement new tools and capabilities to move teams into the future

Drive and deliver projects against key strategies and priorities

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
On this team, building trust with our teammates and business partners is critical, so you must possess a strong, client‑focused approach to the work. You will report to the Local Creation Business Integration Director and work closely with geography and global Business, Design, and Merch Integration teammates as well as business partners within the Footwear and Apparel Organization across Product Management, Development, Design, and Merchandising. As a team, we value an entrepreneurial approach, open collaboration, and clever problem solving to support emerging business needs.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

3+ Years experience in product creation, operations, project or event management, or a related function preferred

Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Miro and experience with project management software such as SmartSheets or Air Table (strongly preferred).

Exemplify acute attention to detail and demonstrate high level of organization to manage concurrent work streams.

Highly organized with the ability to simplify a complex landscape to drive easy execution

Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams supporting large scale change across an organization.

Ability to balance multiple time-bound projects while maintaining attention to detail.
