The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience, along with strong consultative selling, negotiation, and analytical skills. Compensation includes a base pay of $57,469 to $120,392, plus benefits such as 401(k) matching and comprehensive medical coverage.
