Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated, creator-minded
Product Marketing Intern
to join our team and work directly under the Head of Marketing. This is not a coffee-run internship—this is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone ready to contribute from Day 1. You’ll be central to building BetSmart’s content engine and social presence as we launch and scale.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes short‑form content, understands what goes viral, and can ideate, shoot, edit (Premiere Pro and CapCut), and post attention‑grabbing videos across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. You should be excited about combining your creative skills with emerging AI tools like Midjourney, Sora, and Adobe Firefly to boost our reach and storytelling impact.
What You’ll Do:
Ideate, storyboard, shoot, and edit short‑form videos and motion graphics tailored for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Produce social‑first visuals, including memes, motion graphics, trending video formats, and viral‑ready content
Create branded visual assets and support digital marketing campaigns for launch and awareness
Use tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects to enhance storytelling and editing flow
Leverage AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Sora) to generate content faster and more creatively
Optimize videos for reach, engagement, and platform algorithms
Maintain visual consistency and contribute to evolving the brand’s creative voice and big‑picture content strategy
Participate in brainstorms and creative planning sessions
(Optional/Bonus) Support front‑end visual design and web assets (Figma, Adobe XD, HTML/CSS)
What We’re Looking For:
A strong portfolio of content creation: short‑form videos, TikToks, IG Reels, motion graphics, or branded campaigns
Proven experience shooting and editing high‑performing content—either for brands or personal channels
Fluency in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut (or similar)
Experience using AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Sora, or Runway for content ideation and creation
Strong grasp of social media trends, timing, hooks, and what gets engagement
A big‑picture thinker who can build toward consistent brand voice and visual identity
An active social presence or examples of content with clear traction (views, shares, likes, etc.)
Self‑starter mindset with creative autonomy, fast turnaround speed, and ownership over results
Strong communication skills—you take feedback well, ask smart questions, and meet deadlines
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience working with startups or fast‑moving creative teams
Have a presence on TikTok, IG, or YouTube with proven engagement
Know how to optimize content for platform‑specific reach and growth
Can build basic animations or interactive prototypes
Have design experience in sports, tech, or youth‑focused brands
