Paid Media Coordinators at Eleventy are responsible for running and tactically managing digital campaigns for our clients on platforms like Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest. This includes designing tests and identifying new opportunities to reduce wasted cost and increase conversions for our clients. It also includes orchestrating the entire advertising approach, everything from ads to landing pages, to spot-checking forms, and working with Google Analytics.

Successful Paid Media Coordinators will be entrepreneurial, will bring professional experience and will love to learn, teach, and test new things, across multiple clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Executes and follows project initiatives, adjusts personal workflow, assigns project priority, tracks progress, and provides analysis.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail.

Works with Paid Media Manager to establish paid strategy, defines measurements, and determines best practices to analyze data.

Analyzes data and provides reports used for strategic planning.

Strategizes the ideal architecture of an account, composition of text in all ad formats, and ideal page layout to generate action for paid search campaigns.

Researches and evaluates new technologies and keeps abreast of industry news.

Creates strategies on company search engine and paid social advertising initiatives and determines future moves, budgets, and plans.

Reviews and implements search engine/paid social advertising procedures.

Along with Paid Media Manager serves as subject matter expert on recurring client calls for paid search and paid social.

Be responsible for all account documentation and presentations for client portfolio

Collaborate with the digital media team to ensure that client requests are completed

Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Eleventy solutions per customer needs and objectives

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly and quarterly conversion metrics, annual forecasts, etc.)

Prepare reports on account status and can conduct client meetings independent of digital strategists

Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Generates and author content for Eleventy blog posts

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Language Ability
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general‑public.

Math Ability
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, HTML, and various sites to be determined.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-3 years related experience and/or training in digital media; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
