About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman/Craftsman to join our growing team. You'll work on a wide range of residential and commercial projects, helping clients throughout the Lake Ridge, VA area with high‑quality repair, maintenance, and improvement services.

Responsibilities

Perform general home and commercial repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, window & door repair, light plumbing & electrical)

Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions

Communicate clearly with clients and ensure satisfaction

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor

Use the Service Titan app for customer appointments and invoicing

Qualifications

3+ years of handyman or multi‑trade experience

Own a truck or van with valid vehicle insurance

Valid Real ID

Strong work ethic and professionalism

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable, collaborative, and detail‑oriented
