Role 1: Effectively implement and execute digital tactics on time and on budget.
Summary:

This role focuses on hands-on execution of digital marketing tactics across paid media, SEO/AEO, email, and analytics platforms. Responsibilities include building and launching campaigns, completing platform-based tasks accurately, and ensuring proper tracking and setup to support performance measurement.

Responsibilities:

Build, launch, and maintain paid media, SEO/AEO, and email campaigns across platforms

Execute platform-specific tasks such as keyword updates, bid adjustments, audience changes, and email scheduling

Set up, test, and maintain analytics and conversion tracking

Ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and according to approved direction and budget

2+ years managing paid media campaigns in the following platforms: Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn (OTT, TikTok, Amazon etc a plus)

2+ years of SEO management, experience preferred in the following platforms: Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog

1+ years of email marketing, experience preferred in the following platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo

Landing page and ad creation: Leadpages (or equivalent) Canva, Adobe, (or equivalent)

Basic understanding of Wordpress, Hubspot, Shopify, Squarespace

Role 2: Set attainable goals and provide strategic recommendations to meet client expectations.
Summary:

This role involves defining measurable goals, analyzing campaign performance, creating client facing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to improve results.

Responsibilities:

Set channel-specific goals and KPIs aligned with client objectives

Analyze campaign performance across paid, SEO/AEO, and email channels

Identify performance trends, risks, and optimization opportunities

Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance

Create accurate reports for clients, presented clearly and concisely.

Track record of successful paid media, SEO/AEO, and Email performance.

Experience creating and presenting reports to clients.

Role 3: Working knowledge of digital products and scopes of work
Summary:

This role ensures a clear understanding of the agency’s digital products, service offerings, and scopes of work to support accurate execution and client delivery. The role helps align day-to-day tasks with what has been sold and approved.

Responsibilities:

Maintain working knowledge of digital products and service offerings

Understand client scopes of work and apply them to daily execution

Ensure tasks and recommendations align with contracted services

Identify scope risks or gaps and communicate them to Account Managers

1+ years scoping & budgeting campaigns

Role 4: Guide cross-channel content and strategy to support campaign performance
Summary:

This role provides strategic direction to internal team members on digital content and creative execution to support campaign performance. The role focuses on aligning content formats, messaging, and structure with channel best practices and performance goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide direction on ad creative, blog topics, email content, and website structure

Align content recommendations with campaign goals and performance insights

Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams on execution direction

Review content for alignment with digital best practices and campaign objectives

Use performance data to inform content and creative recommendations

Track record of collaborating with creative, content, and development teams to guide cross-channel execution

Track record of communicating direction and providing feedback to internal teams.
