About the Role
We are looking for someone who will create empathy and support residents and their families through the senior living journey.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and apply the importance of empathy, building human connections with potential residents and family members during stressful times.

Accurately enter all lead information into the database and provide comprehensive details on senior living options and next‑step choices.

Strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are catalogued in the lead base.

Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community event visits.

Qualifications

At least eighteen (18) years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English at a 12th‑grade level.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Positive, energetic attitude and passion for residents.

Professional appearance and conduct.

Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills when needed.

Criminal clearance.

Good health; physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Verification through a health screening by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment, and testing free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
