Overview
Audacy Kansas City is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Digital Content & Social Media Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, quick-thinking, and resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where multiple content management systems are routine.

Responsibilities

Produce graphics, logos, and videos for publication and distribution across station social platforms and owned websites.

Create content that drives audience growth and engagement, supporting station and sales needs.

Plan and execute push alerts and newsletter sends for top station & podcast content.

Analyze reporting systems (e.g., Google Analytics and Sprout) to use data to inform audience growth strategies.

Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute client partnership campaigns.

Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, maintaining strong working relationships.

Create content for sponsorship packages in partnership with the sales team.

Produce logos and graphics for programming initiatives in collaboration with the programming team.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record check.

Proof of insurance if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle.

Experience creating visual content and managing social media channels.

Proficiency with content management systems and multimedia editing tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

Experience in the audio or broadcast industry.

Knowledge of Spotify/Podcast analytics platforms.
