Senior Channel Marketing Manager - Software and Cloud
The Sr. Channel Marketing Manager supports technology partnerships, of our Channel ecosystem, collaborating closely with System Integrators, Software and Hardware Partners, and Strategic Alliances. This individual contributor position is pivotal for executing and managing co-marketing partner campaigns, enabling partner success, and coordinating operational details across teams.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Create partner content, including case studies (presentations and PDFs), write technology abstract submissions, and create content for customer press releases.

Lead the execution of regional industry events, customer advisory boards, and partner initiatives to elevate Wind River market presence

Work with global System Integrator and Channel partners to develop and execute joint marketing programs

Support and Execution of Partner Co-Marketing Campaigns,

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing joint marketing activities (e.g., email campaigns, webinars, events, solution collateral, video editing)

Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and communications for multiple partner campaigns simultaneously.

Assist with event planning and logistics for trade shows, business reviews, and partner enablement sessions.

Partner Onboarding & Enablement

Help onboard new partners, providing them with toolkits, collateral, brand guidelines, and training resources to ensure successful collaboration.

Respond to day-to-day partner marketing requests, ensuring clear and prompt communication.

Campaign Performance & KPI Tracking

Maintain accurate partner and campaign data within CRM platforms (Marketo, SFDC, Airtable) and assist with reporting on campaign performance and partner marketing KPIs.

Gather feedback and help with post-campaign analysis to evaluate ROI and surface recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and leadership to ensure partner marketing objectives align with broader company goals.

Support broader marketing operations as needed, including content management, contact list uploads, and scheduling of campaigns within marketing tools.

Website and Portals

Ensure windriver.com partner pages are kept up to date with the most recent content and messaging.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Excellent organization, project management, and multitasking ability, supporting several partners and initiatives at once.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams.

Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools such as AirTable is highly desirable.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changes in priorities.

Understanding partner ecosystems in high technology/software environments is a plus.

Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and capacity for independent execution.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team player who enjoys building processes and relationships that drive growth for both the company and partners.

The must haves:

14+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, B2B Partner Marketing, demand generation, or outbound marketing within Cloud, telecommunications, networking, or e software environments

Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth and revenue impact through field and channel marketing programs

Strong experience aligning with sales organizations and executing account-based marketing strategies

Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technical field
