DESCRIPTION
We’re currently looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Los Angeles studio. The position will be part‑time, 2‑3 weekdays and every Sunday. Must be based in Los Angeles.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, experience handling high‑volume customer queries, confidence with CRM and scheduling systems, and a background in film, TV, or theatre.
