Role Description

This is a Producer contracted role at All Access Media focused on managing high-level, client-facing productions from concept through delivery.

The Producer will oversee end-to-end production workflows, develop creative frameworks, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate directly with institutional clients, executives, and cross-functional teams. This role requires someone comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments — including finance, private capital, sports business, and global brand partnerships.

The Producer will also help translate complex topics (markets, infrastructure, private equity, AI, global business) into compelling, audience-first content formats across linear, OTT, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

The Producer manages high-level, client-facing productions from concept through delivery.

Oversee end-to-end production workflows, develop creative frameworks, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate directly with institutional clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.

Operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments — including finance, private capital, sports business, and global brand partnerships.

Translate complex topics into compelling, audience-first content formats across linear, OTT, and digital platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience producing content for financial institutions, investment firms, asset managers, or global brands

Strong understanding of financial media, institutional communications, and executive-facing production environments

Proven experience managing end-to-end production workflows across studio, remote, and live environments

Ability to translate complex financial, economic, or business concepts into clear and engaging storytelling

Experience working directly with senior executives, portfolio companies, or investor relations teams

Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on deadline and on budget

Comprehensive knowledge of digital distribution strategies (YouTube, OTT platforms, LinkedIn, short-form social)

Exceptional communication and client management skills

Experience with international productions or large-scale branded content initiatives is highly advantageous

Degree in Media Production, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
