Role Overview
Meta Ads already sits at the core of our marketing mix, and now we want a specialist who can turn it into a true brand‑awareness engine while staying fully in sync with Zoho CRM. The mission is clear: lift reach and recall among three pre‑defined audience layers—age‑based segments, precise interest clusters, and hand‑picked geographic zones. We have those segments mapped out; what we need is strategic campaign architecture, compelling ad variations, and meticulous optimisation so that the right people see us at the right moment. Every impression, click, and page view has to flow back into Zoho. Pixel and Conversions API setup, custom events, and the necessary field mapping inside the CRM are critical so we can monitor awareness KPIs from the same dashboard that houses our other data. Accurate attribution and clean data hygiene are non‑negotiable.
Deliverables
Campaign plan outlining objectives, audiences, creative angles, budget splits, and launch timeline.
Full technical setup: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Zoho integration (including tests and verification).
Live campaign management and weekly optimisation notes for the first month.
End‑of‑cycle report summarising reach, frequency, CPM, brand‑lift indicators, and next‑step recommendations.
Qualifications
Proven Meta Ads results and hands‑on Zoho CRM experience.
