What You'll Do
Content Management : The process of creating, editing, publishing, and maintaining digital content effectively across various platforms.
Editorial : Involves planning and curating written content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
Information Architecture : Organizing information in a way that is easy for users to understand and navigate.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) : Techniques used to increase the visibility of content in search engine results.
Zendesk Guide : A knowledge base software used for creating self‑service resources.
Localization Workflows : Processes involved in adapting content for different languages and cultures.
AI-assisted Support Tools : Technologies like virtual assistants or chatbots that use AI to improve customer support experiences.
What You Bring
Help Center / Support Content Management (4+ years)
Hands‑on ownership of a help center or support content platform, including writing, publishing, maintaining, and auditing content at scale.
Content Governance & Information Architecture (3+ years)
Building and managing taxonomies, metadata standards, review workflows, and content structures that support discoverability and consistency across a large content library.
SEO & Content Performance Analytics (3+ years)
Applying SEO fundamentals and web analytics to optimize content structure, track performance metrics like deflection and engagement, and translate data into actionable improvements.
