Role Description
This is a full-time position covering Northern NJ up to Fairfield CT. The NJ VP of Sales will drive revenue growth by innovative and outgoing sales strategies by fostering relationships with our existing clients. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, calling on aligned dealers, design firms and end users to ensure sales growth. The VP of Sales will also be responsible for setting sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and creating plans for sustainable business development.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellence in Show and Tell
Proficient in Account Management and Sales Operations, with the ability to manage processes and resources effectively
Experience in Business Development and creating strategy-focused opportunities to drive growth
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
Knowledge of the commerical furniture or interior products industry is important.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
