What you'll be doing...
As a member of our State, Local, and Education (SLED) Public Sector sales team, you will play a key role in growing our client base and ensuring the satisfaction of our current customers. You will be responsible for:
Prospecting new customers while collaborating with the sales team to close sales opportunities.
Supporting account strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Implementing success plans and onboarding for new and existing customers.
Driving adoption of online self-service features among SLED customers.
Resolvping customer issues and offering effective solutions.
Identifying opportunities to increase in-person customer interactions with sales representatives.
Preparing for quarterly business reviews to assess adoption and value delivery.
Prioritizing service requests based on their impact on customer success.
Submitting credits and ensuring clear communication with customers.
Processing order transactions and collaborating on renewals.
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with the sales team.

What we're looking for...
If you have a passion for driving new business and a knack for connecting with people, you're the person we want! You should be comfortable with cold calling and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Understanding customer needs and providing innovative solutions is what drives you.
You'll need:
A bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
A valid driver's license and eligibility to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience in sales support and problem resolution for business accounts.
A track record of successfully identifying customer opportunities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with sales processes and creating impactful programs for clients.
Where you'll be working
This is a mobile role focused on customer and field locations, with occasional visits to a Verizon site for training and team meetings.
