Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Client
- Serves as the daily contact for assigned clients, building strong and professional relationships.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the client’s business, industry trends, and category challenges.
- Champions BrandExtract internally and externally, ensuring work is aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Partners with senior team members to identify opportunities to add value to client relationships.
- Anticipates client needs, providing proactive recommendations and solutions.
Creative
- Translates client goals and strategies into clear and inspiring briefs.
- Ensures accurate and comprehensive briefing to internal teams.
- Reviews creative work for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the brand strategy before presentation.
- Supports senior team members in preparing client presentations, ensuring delivery is professional and compelling.
Finance
- Monitors budgets and ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Prepares estimates, purchase orders, and project reconciliations in partnership with Project Management.
- Ensures timesheets are kept up to date and submitted on schedule.
- Flags potential scope changes or risks to profitability to senior management early.
Traffic / Production
- Works closely with Project Management to ensure resources are appropriately allocated.
- Monitors timelines and deliverables, escalating potential risks to deadlines.
- Helps maintain productive and collaborative relationships across departments.
Planning/Strategy
- Contributes to the development of marketing strategies and creative briefs in collaboration with Snr Account Managers, Account Directors and Strategists.
- Maintains awareness of competitive activity and industry trends to inform client work.
- Brings insights from market research, campaign performance, and client interactions to the team.
Media
- Coordinates with media partners and internal teams on campaign execution.
- Ensures media deliverables are aligned with the broader brand and creative strategy.
- Monitors campaign results and supports reporting to clients.
Management
- Ensures accounts are running smoothly at a day-to-day operational level.
- Manages workflow between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Supports senior leadership in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to junior account executives as needed.
BrandExtract
- Shares learnings, best practices, and insights with colleagues to build collective knowledge.
- Actively participates in agency initiatives and contributes to building a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in an agency, consultancy, or client-side marketing role, with exposure to integrated accounts.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business.
- Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and project management/collaboration tools.
- Solid understanding of branding, marketing communications, and digital channels.
