Junior Marketing Coordinator
A large, fast-paced corporate organization is seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Traffic Coordinator to support advertising and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands‑on, real‑world experience inside a structured corporate marketing environment.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, advertising, sales, and creative teams, helping ensure campaigns move efficiently from concept to execution while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and impact.

What You'll Do

Coordinate the flow of advertising and marketing projects from initiation through completion

Partner with marketing, advertising, sales, and creative teams to ensure timely and accurate ad placement

Support campaign execution across digital, web, print, and other media channels

Ensure advertising materials are aligned with target audiences, brand tone, and messaging

Track schedules, deadlines, and deliverables across departments

Manage outgoing and incoming shipments related to marketing materials

Process invoices, enter data into program logs, and reconcile campaign‑related information

Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders

Assist with collecting and analyzing campaign performance data, including reach and effectiveness

Support reporting and insights shared with sales and creative teams to improve future campaigns

Send communications to corporate offices and internal teams as needed

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field)

Open to recent graduates or candidates with early professional experience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfort working in a structured, deadline‑driven corporate environment

Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes

Basic understanding of digital marketing, advertising, or media placement is a plus

Exposure to HTML, analytics, or campaign reporting tools is helpful but not required
