Role Description
The Edge is seeking a Video Editor/Producer for a contract position. This hybrid role is based in Leesburg, VA, with flexibility for partial remote work. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end video production, editing video content, incorporating motion graphics, and performing color grading to ensure professional-quality outputs. The role requires close collaboration with clients and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet creative objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing software (Adobe Premiere and After Effects)

Experience with Video Color Grading to ensure high-quality visual presentation

Knowledge of creating Motion Graphics and working with Graphics to enhance storytelling

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in hybrid environmentsFamiliarity with video production equipment and processes is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field is preferred
