Tasks
Responsibility for achieving the commercial targets of the local business field, including P&L, costs, and EBIT.
Ensuring the timely processing of customer orders in Germany, as well as disciplinary leadership of the assigned Team Leads and Specialists.
Driving the integration of acquired companies and the expansion of the business in Germany.
Coordinating cross-business-field and nationwide orders with the responsible Business Managers and ensuring joint order execution.
Implementing sales activities, optimizing the product portfolio, and ensuring compliance with processes, IT tools, quality guidelines, accreditation requirements, and legal regulations.
Profile
Successfully completed university degree in a technical or commercial field, or a comparable qualification, preferable experience in TIC industry, the best in medical.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a management role with disciplinary leadership and P&L responsibility.
Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate teams, and experience in supporting change processes and developing teams.
Excellent communication skills, diplomatic tact, entrepreneurial thinking, and a results-oriented working style.
Native-level German language skills, English skills at least at B1 level, and ideally experience with BI Portal and SAP.
