Marketing Coordinator

GROWING BRANDS THROUGH EXCEPTIONAL DESIGN
Frey Design, a branding and website design agency located just outside of Chicago, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a role with room to grow, ideal for someone who is highly curious, AI-savvy, and excited about how modern marketing is evolving. The successful candidate will support content development, marketing automation, and campaign execution for Frey and its clients, working closely with our strategy and creative teams.

Responsibilities

Write website copy, blogs, emails, and social content for clients and the agency

Build and manage social media calendars

Execute marketing projects led by strategy and account managers

Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to support content and research

Assist with automation setup in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and similar tools

Support SEO and paid search efforts

Help create lead magnets and nurture emails

Provide ongoing marketing production support across accounts

Qualifications & Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or agency environment

Strong interest and working knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and trends

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or ActiveCampaign

Basic understanding of SEO and search marketing best practices

Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Exposure to CRE, Healthcare, or Nonprofit marketing is a plus

Ability to work on-site in Roselle, IL, four days a week
