Job Summary
Digital Communications Manager responsible for creating, maintaining, and measuring digital communications for clients’ benefits and its brands. Support the development and execution of all corporate websites and related projects for clients Benefits, Workplace Solutions, Combined US and Combined Canada, reporting to the Director, Digital Communications.

Job Responsibilities

Create, maintain, measure, and optimize websites for clients’ benefits, including regular content review, updates, new pages, and functionality.

Lead project management for clients’ benefits’ websites, including scoping, timelines, and resource allocations.

Ensure functionality, accessibility, compliance, and legal approval of all websites and digital assets through continuous improvement, quality assurance, and collaboration.

Manage dedicated IT, developer, and platform team resources to remediate broken links, functionality issues, and platform outages.

Consult with marketing colleagues and business owners to optimize existing digital platforms and deploy new digital solutions to meet business objectives and produce best‑in‑class digital experiences.

Produce regular measurement reports with analysis and data‑based improvement recommendations.

Contribute strategic, creative, SEO, and UX ideas, assist in developing omnichannel campaigns across digital platforms, and advise on emerging digital communications technologies.

Required Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in website management, digital communications, and/or UX strategy development.

Experience with web page authoring and CMS ownership (AEM), SEO, Figma, Google Analytics, and report design/management.

Experience in digital communications measurement frameworks and analysis, including translating results data into actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Insurance experience or experience in a highly regulated industry.

Digital marketing certification (e.g., Google Analytics).

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields and equivalent experience.
