Role Description

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.

Work alongside the agency’s team to ensure successful, long‑lasting customer relations.

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred.

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.

Ability to effectively relate to a customer.

Self‑motivated.Detail‑oriented.

Some college required.

Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).

Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).

Compensation
$45,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.
