Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
Assist in executing social media content and channel strategies for various platforms.
Manage social media operations, including user access, platform tools, onboarding, and documenting best practices.
Support project organization for social initiatives, coordinating international requests and managing intake processes.
Foster connections with existing fans and reach new audiences through organic and paid campaigns.
Monitor social discussions and elevate platform issues as needed.
Social Media Manager Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in online communities, social media, or digital marketing.
Proficiency with reporting tools like Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Spiketrap, and Sprout Social.
Experience managing global social media services and tailoring strategies to each platform (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, WhatsApp, Reddit, YouTube, Discord, Twitch).
Familiarity with intellectual properties and their audiences is a plus.
Knowledge of MOBAs, strategy games, or mobile gaming is desirable.
