Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer leadership and development assessments (e.g., Myers‑Briggs MBTI and TKI), including ordering, distribution, tracking, storage, and preparation of assessment materials

Compile and analyze assessment and survey data using Microsoft Excel to produce summaries and insights for leadership development programs and training sessions

Prepare participant training materials, including designing guides in Microsoft Word and Adobe tools, printing, collating, and binding completed materials

Develop meeting support assets such as agendas, name tents, and lanyards using Canva and other design platforms to enhance participant experience

Update and prepare training presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, incorporating assessment results, charts, and summary insights

Create and manage surveys to collect information, feedback, and registration details for training sessions and organizational initiatives

Coordinate logistics for internal training programs and meetings, including ordering materials, preparing conference rooms, and ensuring all resources are ready prior to sessions

Research and coordinate travel, lodging, dining, and meeting space arrangements with hotels and venues, including AV, catering, and room reservations

Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and company programs, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, invitations, RSVPs, and event‑day logistics

Develop communications and creative materials using Canva, Adobe, and digital platforms including Skykit to support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

0-2 years of administrative or relevant experience

Knowledge of:

Planning, coordination, and logistics management

Basic data analysis principles

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Skilled in:

Organizational and project coordination

Data organization and reporting, including the ability to compile and summarize information into charts and presentation materials

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Creative design using tools such as Canva, Adobe, and PowerPoint

Excellent attention to detail

Manage multiple programs, timelines, and logistics simultaneously

Analyze and summarize assessment and survey data

Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and partners

Prioritize competing tasks and adjust plans in a changing environment

Maintain confidentiality

Compensation
Targeted pay range of $53,258–$63,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
