Marketing Manager – PPC and Email Marketing Specialist (#SC)
Intelligent Staffing Inc. is recruiting at its Miami, FL office for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager focused on Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) advertising and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing PPC campaigns, advanced skills in Klaviyo, and a strong background in analytics.

Responsibilities

PPC Campaign Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social‑media channels. Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, manage bids, run A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor performance, analyze data, and report insights.

Email Marketing:

Leverage Klaviyo and other mailing tools to create targeted campaigns. Monitor deliverability, open and click‑through rates, adjust content, and coordinate with creative for audience segmentation.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytical skills to assess marketing performance, develop KPI dashboards, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Strategy and Innovation:

Stay up to date with industry trends, contribute to innovative marketing strategies, and enhance digital presence and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of PPC campaign management with measurable results.

Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Relevant certifications in PPC and email marketing are a plus.
