We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team! As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals and providing exceptional customer service to clients. You must effectively communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner, meet and exceed client needs, and resolve complaints. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Present a professional appearance and confidence
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processes
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
