is looking for a

Founding GTM

to own and execute our early go-to-market campaign end to end.
This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who can turn goals into weekly execution: growth experiments, content operations, user research, launch coordination, campaign tracking, and product feedback loops. You will work directly with the founders and help translate product vision into real user traction.
We are not looking for a pure strategist, advisor, or high-level marketing manager. We are looking for someone who can own the GTM motion, do the work, measure the results, and keep the campaign moving every week.

What You’ll Own You will be responsible for the day-to-day GTM execution system, including:
Owning weekly growth targets and making sure the campaign is moving toward measurable outcomes.
Creating and maintaining the GTM experiment roadmap.
Running acquisition, activation, and retention experiments across social, community, creator, campus, and other relevant channels.
Managing the content calendar and making sure posts, launches, and campaign assets ship on schedule.
Coordinating with founders, product, design, and technical contributors to turn product updates into clear GTM actions.
Running the user research pipeline: sourcing users, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, summarizing patterns, and turning insights into next steps.
Tracking key metrics such as signups, activation, retention, engagement, conversion, referrals, and qualitative user feedback.
Building and maintaining lightweight dashboards, spreadsheets, weekly reports, and campaign trackers.
Coordinating launch moments, feature announcements, community activations, and creator outreach.
Working with an intern or junior assistant to delegate operational tasks while keeping ownership of quality and outcomes.
Closing the loop between GTM and product: what users care about, where they get confused, what messaging works, and what product changes could improve growth.

What You’ll Do Day to Day This role will involve a lot of practical execution, such as:
Planning weekly GTM priorities.
Writing briefs for content, campaigns, user research, and experiments.
Reviewing and improving social/content drafts.
Running outreach to users, creators, communities, and potential partners.
Updating dashboards and interpreting performance.
Talking to users and summarizing insights.
Managing a campaign calendar.
Following up with contributors to keep work unblocked.
Turning founder input into concrete GTM tasks.
Reporting weekly progress, learnings, blockers, and next actions.

What We’re Looking For You may be a strong fit if you:
Have experience executing GTM, growth, marketing, community, or launch campaigns for a startup or fast-moving product.
Are highly organized and can manage many moving pieces without dropping details.
Are comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
Know how to run experiments, track results, and improve based on data.
Can write clearly and understand how to communicate product value to users.
Have strong product sense and can connect user feedback back to onboarding, messaging, and product experience.
Are comfortable with ambiguity and can create structure where none exists.
Can work directly with founders without needing heavy management.
Are practical, fast-moving, and accountable.
Can manage an intern or junior assistant effectively without becoming a full-time people manager.

Nice to Have

Experience with consumer products, AI products, social apps, gaming, creator tools, virtual worlds, or community-led products.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, X, Discord, Reddit, YouTube Shorts, campus communities, creator outreach, or influencer campaigns.
Experience with user interviews, survey design, funnel analysis, cohort tracking, or growth dashboards.
Comfort with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, Figma, Canva, CapCut, Mixpanel, PostHog, GA, or similar.
Strong taste in internet-native content, community dynamics, and consumer behavior.

What Success Looks Like In the first 30 days, you will:
Set up the GTM operating system: weekly goals, content calendar, experiment tracker, user research pipeline, and reporting format.
Launch initial growth experiments across selected channels.
Start producing weekly insights from user feedback and campaign data.
Create a clear rhythm for what ships each week.
In the first 60–90 days, you will:
Build a repeatable weekly GTM execution cadence.
Identify which channels, messages, and user segments show the strongest traction.
Improve acquisition, activation, and engagement metrics through structured experiments.
Help the team make better product and campaign decisions based on real user data.
Effectively coordinate intern support so more GTM work gets shipped without losing quality.

Working Style This is a high-ownership execution role. You will work closely with the founders, but you should be able to independently drive the weekly GTM workflow.
