Content Creator / Social Media Producer

American Retirement Advisors is one of Arizona's fastest-growing financial firms — Inc. Magazine recognized, "Best Financial Planners" 4 years running, 15,000+ families served. Our marketing studio, 123Easy Studios , is based in Amesbury, MA, and we're looking for a creator to be in the room making content every day.

The job, plainly:
You will be shoulder-to-shoulder with me, camera rolling, content flying. This isn't a "schedule tweets from a dashboard" role. You're a creator who happens to manage channels. We have all the gear. You bring the eye, the energy, and the hustle.

What you'll actually do:

Shoot and edit day-in-the-life content showing how a real company uses AI to transform a traditional industry

Create short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) from real conversations, meetings, and behind-the-scenes moments

Manage and post across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, with a real voice, not corporate filler

Design static posts, carousels, and thumbnails for our social channels

Track what's working, double down on it, kill what isn't

Coordinate with our remote marketing team on campaign alignment

Help mine a content goldmine — we have thousands of hours of video and real client stories

Who you are:

You shoot, edit, and post — ideally all three, not just one

You understand short-form video and what makes people stop scrolling

You're hungry. Maybe you're early in your career, maybe you're between things — what matters is you WANT to create every single day

You're comfortable being in-person daily in Amesbury, MA — this is not remote

You have taste — you know the difference between content that looks professional and content that feels real (we want both)

Bonus: experience with personal brands, founders, or small teams

Bonus: you know Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve

What we're NOT looking for:

Someone who only writes copy but doesn't touch a camera

A "strategist" who delegates everything

Someone who needs 3 weeks to produce one video

The details:

W-2 employee through American Retirement Advisors

$75K total comp (bonuses up to 100% of base salary)

Full-time, on-site in Amesbury, MA

Minimum 3-month commitment — this can be a summer engagement or turn into something permanent for the right person

All equipment provided — camera, lighting, editing software, studio space
