What You’ll Do
Support and develop proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials. Create engaging content for marketing materials, awards, and social media. Help shape messaging and strategy for project pursuits. Track projects and coordinate photography/video content. Manage award submissions and assist with jobsite events. Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.

What We're Looking For

Experience that counts - 3+ years in marketing, proposals, or a similar high-energy, deadline-driven role.

Exceptional storytelling skills - a talent for writing, editing and crafting content that captures attention and drives impact.

Creative tools expertise - proficiency in Adobe InDesign (and ideally the broader Adobe Creative Suite) to bring ideas to life visually.

Tech-savvy collaboration - experience using CRM and project management tools to stay connected and efficient.

Team-first mindset - a proactive, solution oriented approach with a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.
