Summary
Our client, a global leader in advanced autonomous and robotic solutions across multiple industries, is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for advanced command-and-control platforms across web and mobile applications. This role partners closely with product, engineering, QA, and customers to translate complex operational workflows into scalable, high-quality interface designs that enhance usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customers to define user needs and design intuitive workflows and interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve designs and user experience.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
- Contribute to UX strategy, UI guidelines, design systems, and component libraries.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, assets, and implementation handoffs.
- Stay current on UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience for digital products or enterprise applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for complex workflows and systems.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Experience conducting usability testing and applying research insights to iterative design improvements.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS, industrial, robotics, autonomous systems, or operational control platforms.
- Familiarity with responsive/mobile-first design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience contributing to scalable design systems and component libraries.
