CyLogic is seeking a senior strategic marketing leader to drive go-to-market strategy, market positioning, and demand generation initiatives focused on federal, defense, and highly regulated industry environments. This role is responsible for shaping differentiated narratives, executing verticalized marketing programs, and aligning cross-functional teams around measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.


The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in public sector and cybersecurity-related marketing, with a strong background in product marketing, strategic messaging, sales enablement, and integrated go-to-market execution across enterprise technology environments. This individual thrives in fast-moving, high-growth organizations and combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.


This role will lead initiatives that elevate CyLogic’s presence across federal and defense markets by translating complex technical solutions into outcome-driven stories that resonate with government stakeholders, technology buyers, and executive decision-makers.


Responsibilities/Duties:

Go-to-Market Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for federal, defense, and public sector audiences across digital, content, partner, event, and field marketing channels.
  • Build verticalized marketing programs that align cybersecurity, secure cloud, and digital workspace solutions to mission-critical public sector priorities.
  • Design and operationalize demand generation campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth, improve deal velocity, and strengthen market positioning.
  • Develop audience segmentation, ICP frameworks, buyer journey strategies, and messaging architectures to support full-funnel marketing initiatives.
  • Establish measurable KPIs and MBOs focused on pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Develop and manage program budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI and marketing performance.

Messaging, Positioning & Thought Leadership

  • Create differentiated market narratives and value propositions that translate complex technical offerings into compelling business outcomes for federal and defense buyers.
  • Develop sector-specific messaging aligned to regulatory environments, procurement processes, risk landscapes, and mission objectives.
  • Drive executive-level storytelling and thought leadership initiatives that position CyLogic as a trusted advisor in secure cloud, cyber resilience, and defense modernization.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs, sales leaders, and technical teams to ensure consistency across messaging, positioning, and campaign execution.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and platforms to accelerate market research, persona development, messaging refinement, and content optimization.

Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with account strategies, pipeline priorities, and customer engagement opportunities.
  • Develop enablement assets including playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, talk tracks, campaign frameworks, and executive presentations.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer research that support strategic sales conversations and field execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, partnerships, and campaign teams to ensure cohesive GTM execution.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and partner-led marketing strategies.

Events, Partnerships & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Lead strategic planning and marketing presence for industry conferences, defense technology events, webinars, executive briefings, and partner activations.
  • Develop co-marketing concepts and strategic alliance initiatives with OEMs, cloud providers, GSIs, and cybersecurity ecosystem partners.
  • Strengthen industry visibility through analyst relations, PR initiatives, customer advocacy programs, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and partnership opportunities that strengthen CyLogic’s competitive differentiation.

Brand & Customer Experience

  • Serve as a steward of CyLogic’s brand within federal and defense markets, ensuring consistency, clarity, and differentiation across all channels.
  • Shape customer-centric experiences that align marketing, sales, and product engagement into a unified journey.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize branding strategy, content strategy, customer engagement, and campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Identify gaps in the customer journey and develop scalable frameworks that improve communication, adoption, and customer success.

Experience and Core Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or digital workspace environments.
  • Proven experience supporting public sector, federal, defense, or highly regulated industry markets.
  • Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging development, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Experience translating complex technical platforms into buyer-centric narratives and measurable business value.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams.
  • Experience developing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline acceleration, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, endpoint management, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with VMware-aligned technologies and digital workspace platforms strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools and data-driven marketing methodologies to optimize GTM execution and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
