Job Summary:
Idexcel is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director – Business Development to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for our IT staffing and consulting business across the US market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, client relationship management, and strategic account development within the IT staffing and consulting industry. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, securing MSA/vendor partnerships, and expanding consulting and staffing engagements with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and consulting services.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, MSPs, and vendor managers.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive opportunities for contract staffing, permanent staffing, and IT consulting services.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and growth targets.
Required Experience:
Candidates should have proven experience developing business relationships, securing MSA/vendor partnerships, and driving IT staffing and consulting opportunities with Industries: Financial, Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, Insurance, Automative, Aviation and similar horizon.
Highly prefer : Existing client relationships in DC Metro, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey and/or New York regions.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in business development catering IT staffing and/or IT consulting.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
- Strong network within enterprise IT organizations and staffing/consulting ecosystems.
- Experience securing MSA/vendor agreements and managing client partnerships.
- Experience with MSP/VMS and direct client engagement models.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and consulting market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients.
- Ability to build long-term strategic partnerships and expand enterprise accounts.
