We're seeking a talented Programmatic SEO Consultant to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional results for our clients. This role combines strategic thinking, technical implementation, and client relationship management to drive organic search success through systematic, data-driven approaches.
You'll work directly with clients to understand their business goals, conduct comprehensive SEO research, and implement scalable programmatic solutions that generate measurable organic growth. Key Responsibilities
Client Communications
Lead client calls and strategy sessions
Present findings and recommendations clearly
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Provide ongoing consultation and support
Address client questions and concerns promptly
Keyword Research
Conduct comprehensive keyword opportunity analysis
Analyze search intent and user behavior patterns
Monitor keyword performance and trends
Competitor Insights
Perform detailed competitive SEO analysis
Identify competitor content gaps and opportunities
Analyze competitor programmatic SEO strategies
Track competitor ranking movements and changes
Design and structure programmatic SEO databases
Create efficient data schemas for scalable content
Implement data validation and quality controls
Integrate multiple data sources and APIs
Data Manipulation
Clean and normalize large datasets
Perform complex data transformations and merging
Create dynamic content variations from data
Wireframe Creation (Figma)
Design user-friendly page templates and layouts
Create responsive wireframes for programmatic pages
Collaborate with development teams on implementation
Ensure designs optimize for both UX and SEO
Reporting & Analytics
Create comprehensive SEO performance reports
Monitor and analyze organic traffic growth
Track keyword rankings and SERP features
Identify optimization opportunities from data
Present insights and recommendations to clients
Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
3+ years of programmatic SEO or large-scale content strategies
Proven track record of organic traffic growth
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client-facing experience and consultative approach
Technical Requirements
Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data manipulation
Experience with Figma or similar design tools
Database design and SQL knowledge preferred
Experience with APIs and data integration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with programmatic SEO platforms and tools
Background in data science, analytics, or database management
Previous agency or consulting experience
Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis languages
Experience with CMS platforms and headless architectures
Understanding of machine learning applications in SEO
