Your Role at Baxter
Clinical Sales Account Manager —you represent Baxter and our products with pride. Your understanding of our portfolio and belief in the value they provide to patients fuels your confidence. You form relationships with doctors and nurses who rely on Baxter solutions every day and serve as a primary connection to healthcare professionals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, share insights, and help validate priorities and changes. You will observe customer needs, build positive relationships, and work as part of a friendly, collaborative team focused on achieving goals.

Responsibilities

Drive overall revenue attainment across assigned accounts by developing and implementing sales strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers; conduct negotiations to finalize sales and achieve product revenue goals.

Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to serve shared accounts.

Coordinate customer sales support activities across assigned accounts by leading business reviews and collecting outcomes data.

Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction and demonstrate perceived return on investment.

Travel as required to lead the assigned territory and attend regional
ational meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience, or 8+ years of relevant sales experience.

Preferred 4+ years of validated experience selling healthcare products. Capital/durable medical equipment solutions experience is preferred, or 3 years of hospital leadership experience including staff management, budgets, and communicating to executive-level healthcare customers.

Travel Requirements

Travel up to 75%, with overnight travel expected; occasional regional and national travel.

Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile.

Compensation and Benefits
We understand compensation is important in your next step. The estimated pay range for this position is $80,000–$85,000 annually. This range reflects anticipated salary potential and may be adjusted based on market data and other factors. Individual pay is based on location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
