sports-minded, entry-level Marketing & Promotions Associates

to support new client campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals with a competitive mindset who thrive in team environments and are eager to build a career in marketing, promotions, and brand development.
Marketing & Promotions Associates work locally and in surrounding areas, engaging directly with our client & marketing team in the office and driving sales through effective face-to-face marketing campaigns. This position offers hands-on training, performance-based growth, and clear advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers, promoting and creating accounts, assist existing customers.
Teach a positive customer experience by answering questions and providing product information.
Develop the team's understanding of products, staying updated on new features.
Collaborate with the team to meet targets and drive overall team success.
Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Participate in training to enhance sales and management skills.
Entry-Level Qualifications
