Social Media Analyst

Providing internet-based investigative support, the remote Social Media Analyst will conduct social media analysis and background investigations to identify suspicious activity and assist SIU investigations.
Key responsibilities

Conduct in-depth internet searches and analyze incoming referral information to summarize findings and provide written feedback
Perform cyber research including social media profiles and blogs to gather valuable investigative information
Coordinate additional investigations and maintain databases in compliance with legal and company guidelines

Required qualifications

Familiarity with Windows OS and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of claims handling and the investigative process
Proficiency with social media and internet research preferred
Prior claim handling or SIU experience preferred
College degree preferred
