Job Responsibilities

Review dashboard for outstanding assignments and ensure timely follow-up.
Contact contractors for file status updates such as site inspections and estimate uploads.
Document file assignments and status using appropriate management tools.
Complete customer service satisfaction surveys as required.
Assist external clients with customer service inquiries.
Participate in special projects or perform duties in other areas as requested.
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of customer service and/or administrative/clerical experience.
Demonstrated experience in customer service, administrative, or clerical roles.
Highly proficient with advanced computer skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
