Job Description
Title: Sr. Graphic Designer

Reports to: CMSO

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create fresh, original ideas and design eye-catching visuals.

Use creative skills to tell our brand's story through captivating designs.

Lead the charge in pushing the boundaries of traditional design, experimenting with new trends and creating unique graphics.

Develop visually stunning webpages and digital assets that enhance user experience.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop cohesive campaigns.

Utilize Canva and other design tools to create high-quality, quick-turnaround graphics while maintaining brand integrity.

Ensure every design element is meticulously crafted, from typography to color schemes, ensuring consistency and polish.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in creative arts and graphic design.

Portfolio that showcases creative prowess and ability to think outside the box.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

Experience in designing from scratch and layout design, with keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with emphasis on presenting and explaining creative concepts.

Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.

Natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment but can also work independently.

Salary & Benefits:
