We are seeking a Communications & Administration Coordinator to support internal communications and day-to-day administrative operations for a leading pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, format, and publish internal communications including newsletters, intranet content, and digital signage
• Maintain and update intranet pages (SharePoint/CoLab)
• Proofread and edit communication materials for accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and tracking deliverables
• Assist with reporting, engagement metrics, and documentation management
Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in communications, administration, or a related field
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SharePoint or content management system experience preferred
