JOB SUMMARY
The Creative Director provides strategic leadership for our creative team, setting the vision and direction for all photo, video, print, digital marketing, website, props and visual merchandising initiatives. This role elevates the brand’s narrative, ensuring every creative expression consistently reflects the quality, craftsmanship and relevance of our jewelry collections while driving brand growth and market differentiation.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative Operations and Merchandising & Design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Influence the direction of creative vision and establish clear expectations for creative quality and volume.
Leverage a three-dimensional, design-forward mindset to oversee brand-right visual merchandising standards across all retail and wholesale partnerships.
Oversee the development and execution of relevant creative concepts for print and digital marketing campaigns that showcase our collections and our Brand.
Collaborate with Creative Operations and Brand Marketing to finalize production calendar in coordination with Brand Marketing initiatives, new design launches, and campaigns.
Stay current with industry trends and competitor activity to keep creative assets fresh and relevant that align with the aesthetics of our brand.
Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to creative and marketing team, executives and corporate business partners.
Consistently displays a high level of creative partnership internally and with external teams especially with Design and Merchandising Team.
Lead, mentor and develop a creative team of graphic designers, visual merchandisers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality and innovative creative materials and visual displays.
Work closely with Creative Operations Director to track production timelines and process.
Oversee the entire creative process from ideation.
Responsible for the overall leadership, direction and evaluation of employees utilizing the Company’s Leadership CRAFT Standard.
WHAT IS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
7 years experience in a creative role.
5 years leadership experience managing or leading creative teams.
Expertise in print, photo and video production with a strong portfolio demonstrating elevated creative direction.
Demonstrated understanding of visual merchandising strategies.
Exceptional leadership, communication and project management skills.
Ability to translate brand values into captivating visual storytelling.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe photoshop suite.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field.
Experience in stills and model shoots.
Experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry.
