Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

Py Rate: $35-40/Hour On w2

Our client is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to develop engaging short-form video and static content for TikTok and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, and excited about creating content that connects with Gen-Z and millennial audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content for TikTok and Instagram.
Identify social media trends, viral moments, and content opportunities through social listening.
Develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and audience engagement goals.
Write compelling captions and assist with content optimization for organic and paid social campaigns.
Analyze content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute social-first campaigns and creative ideas.
Participate as on-camera talent when needed.
Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management.
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends.
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing platforms.
Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media analytics, publishing, or listening tools is a plus.
Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle-focused content preferred.
