We support major concert tours, television productions, permanent installations, festivals, corporate activations, and large-scale custom productions worldwide.

Our systems integrate motion, lighting, video, automation, networking, and custom fabrication into unified production environments for some of the largest productions in the entertainment industry.

We are looking for an experienced entertainment Master Electrician who can help design, organize, prep, and execute technically complex productions from warehouse through live deployment.

The Role

This is not a house electrician or maintenance role.

We are looking for someone with real-world live entertainment production experience who understands:

• Large-scale touring systems
• Power distribution
• Signal flow
• Networking
• Show prep
• Technical execution
• Cable infrastructure
• Live event deployment

This role will be heavily involved in:

• Designing cable layouts and system infrastructure in Vectorworks
• Generating piece counts and technical prep documentation
• Coordinating technical prep and deployment
• Supporting rehearsals and onsite execution
• Troubleshooting technical systems under pressure
• Helping ensure projects leave the warehouse correctly built and organized

This role will work closely with:

Core Responsibilities

Technical System Design

• Create power, data, networking, and cable layouts in Vectorworks
• Design show infrastructure and technical system flow
• Generate cable schedules, prep documentation, and technical piece counts
• Review technical drawings and identify missing information or conflicts
• Help ensure technical systems are practical and executable in real-world environments

Warehouse & Show Prep

• Coordinate technical prep with warehouse and production teams
• Verify equipment readiness and project completeness before load-out
• Help organize prep workflows and technical staging
• Ensure cable packages, networking, distro, and show infrastructure are correctly assembled
• Assist in identifying technical problems before projects leave the warehouse

Technical Production Execution

• Support rehearsals, load-ins, installations, and live event deployments
• Lead or assist technical crews onsite when needed
• Troubleshoot power, networking, signal flow, and system integration issues
• Coordinate with programmers, lighting designers, production managers, and crew leads
• Help maintain technical consistency across projects and deployments

Documentation & Organization

• Maintain organized technical documentation and prep information
• Help improve technical workflows, standards, and prep consistency
• Support inventory tracking and technical equipment organization
• Assist with operational communication between departments regarding technical systems

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience in live entertainment technical production
• Experience as a Master Electrician, Crew Chief, Technical Director, Production Electrician, or similar live-event technical role
• Strong understanding of power distribution, signal flow, networking, DMX, sACN, Art-Net, and technical production systems
• Experience building and deploying large-scale entertainment systems
• Experience with touring, rehearsals, load-ins, prep environments, or technical warehouse operations
• Experience creating technical layouts and documentation in Vectorworks
• Strong troubleshooting ability in high-pressure environments
• Must be based in Las Vegas, Nevada or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Touring experience
• Experience with kinetic systems, automation, or show control systems
• Experience with MA2, MA3, media servers, or show networking
• Experience with RentalWorks or production management software
• Experience managing or leading technical crews
• Experience with fiber networking and advanced show infrastructure
• Experience supporting arena tours, festivals, television, or large-scale live productions
• Forklift certification is a plus

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, technical background, touring experience, and operational capability.
