Role Overview
Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting academic programs, ensuring smooth execution of course-related activities, student services, and logistical arrangements. This role acts as the central point of coordination between faculty, students, and administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities
Course Information Management : Maintain and update course details, schedules, and syllabi in coordination with faculty.
Semester Trip Coordination : Plan and organize educational trips, including travel arrangements, permissions, and safety protocols.
Budgeting & Finance : Prepare and monitor budgets for courses, trips, and departmental activities.
Course Registration : Oversee student enrollment, resolve registration issues, and ensure compliance with academic policies.
Logistics Management : Handle classroom allocations, materials distribution, and event coordination.
Student Support : Serve as a resource for students regarding program requirements, deadlines, and academic guidance.
Faculty Liaison : Collaborate with professors to align administrative processes with academic goals.
