They’re hiring a Customer Experience Lead to help build the operational backbone behind millions of global users.
This is NOT a “strategy only” role. They want someone scrappy, fast-moving, and obsessed with creating structure in chaos.
What you’ll own:
• Manage high-volume communities (Discord, Reddit, etc.)
• Write customer-facing docs, support content & guidelines
• Improve CX ops from the ground up
• Work directly with power users + AI-native teams
What they want:
⚡ 3–8 years in CX, support, ops, or community management
⚡ Startup or gaming background preferred
⚡ Fluent with AI tools like ChatGPT & Claude
⚡ Operator mentality > corporate process mindset
$80K–$150K base + bonus + equity
Hybrid — Palo Alto (3x/week)
